How do I check my Property Tax Balance owing? 

Tax Notices are mailed or e-mailed to property owners on the 30th of June each tax year. The balance owing will show on the notice, otherwise, you may contact the town office for a copy of your current tax ledger.

When does the Town of Blaine Lake Levy Property Taxes? 

Property Tax Levy Notice is issued every year on June 30th. 

Does the Town offer Discounts for early Tax payments? 

Yes! The Town of Blaine Lake offers discounts on a sliding scale for early payment as follows:

• 5% for payments received on or before August 31st
• 4% for payments on or before September 30th
• 2% for payments on or before October 31st

When are my Yearly Property Taxes due? 

Property Taxes are due on or before December 31st for the same year to avoid interest charges. 

Does the Town charge interest for unpaid Taxes? 

Yes. The Town of Blaine Lake charges interest at at rate of 0.09% for unpaid property tax balances.
