Strategic Plan Initiatives

Early in 2025, Council surveyed residents to learn which issues matter most to you. We asked, and you answered. Your feedback helped guide our priorities and shape the projects included in the Town’s 2025–2030 Strategic Plan. 

Council took the data from the survey to focus initiatives in the following categories: 

Infrastructure & Equipment - maintaining the equipment we have, acquiring equipment we need to provide consistent services, and adding infrastructure improvements where it matters most. 

Community Spaces- ensuring a quality of life through recreational spaces and activities, and taking the steps to improve amenities, equipment, and buildings. 

Economic Development - advancing agreements with community partners and businesses, making our town attractive to business ventures through tax holidays, zoning, branding, and marketing. 

Customer Service - offering a more responsive service experience at the administrative level, providing service to maintain an esthetic that is pleasing to both residents and visitors.
