Blaine Lake, Saskatchewan
The Town of Blaine Lake is situated the junction of Highways 12 and 40.
We are the Gateway to the Lakes!
Many lakes, campgrounds, golf courses and tourist attractions are located within a short distance of Blaine Lake.
Our central location to three Saskatchewan cities (we are less than 1 hour to Saskatoon and just over an hour to North Battleford and Prince Albert) makes Blaine Lake a great location for people who work in those cities but who would like to live in a smaller community.
The landscape is diverse – rolling hills to the west leveling off to fertile plains and then to the beautiful banks of the North Saskatchewan River on the east.
Agriculture is a very important industry in the area. The fertile soil produces excellent crops and gardens. Ranching forms a large part of the rural economy. In addition to the traditional Saskatchewan farming industries, we are proud of the blossoming fruit and vegetable farms that are being established in our area.
There are a variety of businesses ready to provide service to residents and visitors alike. People are greeted with the warmth of small-town hospitality.
Blaine Lake is a vibrant community whose citizens are dedicated to making our town – a Great Place to Live, and a Safe Place for Families!
