Precautionary Drinking Water Advisory

This Advisory applies to all residents and users of water in the Town of Blaine Lake and is effective immediately.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
WATER SERVICE INTERRUPTION
The Town of Blaine Lake will be doing water line and fire hydrant maintenance Monday, June 26th, 2017. This may result in water being shut off to your home (business) for periods of time. We do not know for certain how long the water will be off.
Residents are advised to fill containers/bath tub, etc. with water for usage during this time.

50’ x 125’ unserviced residential lots – zoning allows for mobile homes or modular homes.
- Successful bidder must place or erect a residence on the tendered property within twelve (12) months of the acceptance of the tender. If this condition is not met the lot and $1,000.00 will be forfeited to the Town of Blaine Lake.
- The minimum size residence to be placed or erected on the lot (excluding attached garage) is 800 sq. ft.
