PUBLIC NOTICE OF COUNCIL INTENT TO ADOPT A COUNCIL PROCEDURE BYLAW WITHIN THE TOWN OF BLAINE LAKE
Please take note that pursuant to Section 81.1, The Municipalities Act the Town of Blaine Lake intends to establish by bylaw, general procedures to be followed in conducting business at council meetings.
Public Inspection:
Any person may inspect the bylaw at the Town Office in Blaine lake on any judicial day from Monday to Thursday between the hours of 8:00am to 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm or on the Town website at www.blainelake.ca
Public Hearing:
Council will hold a public hearing on December 20, 2021 at 5:15pm in the Council Chambers at the Town of Blaine Lake Town Office 301 Main Street, Blaine Lake, Saskatchewan to receive submissions about the proposed bylaw. Interested persons or groups may appear at that time before Council to make presentations on this bylaw.
